The General Assembly was convened to: • Consolidate and harmonize all NOGALSS activities nationwide. • Provide all members of NOGALSS with up to date information. • Reach a consensus as to the modus operandi of the Association nationwide. • Further reposition NOGALSS to be able to compliment efforts of Governments at all levels in the fight against illiteracy in Nigeria. ATTENDANCE: In attendance were the Board of Trustees, Patrons, Member of the National Executive Council, Members of the National Working Committee, 36 State Chairmen and FCT, Government Agencies, UNESCO, Member NGOs, Civil Society Organizations and Volunteers.
