ABUJA-FCT: CELEBRATING THE SUCCESS OF THE EARLY CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY & EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT INITIATIVE FUNDED BY PRINCESS (DR.) CHETACHI NWOGA ECTON

On behalf of the NOGALSS National President, Comrade Noah Emmanuel, we are thrilled to announce the resounding success of the Early Christmas Giveaway and Educational Support Initiative held on November 21, 2024. This impactful event brought smiles to hundreds of beneficiaries, underscoring our collective commitment to education, empowerment, and support for the underserved in Nigeria.

The event highlights included:

Support for 370 Vulnerable Women:

* 100 Market Women whose shops were affected by a fire.

* 270 Widows, including civilians, military, and police widows.

Educational Support and Empowerment Initiatives:

Scholarships awarded to: 

* 10 Primary School Students.
* 10 Secondary School Students.
* 10 Young Women enrolled in Skill Acquisition Programs to secure their future livelihoods.
* Special scholarship awarded to a young widow willing to return to school and continue her education at a University Level.

These initiatives, led by Princess (Dr.) Chetachi Nwoga Ecton, the Founder/CEO of When In Need Foundation, are a testament to her unwavering generosity and commitment to improving lives and promoting literacy in Nigeria.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the Committee Members, NOGALSS Members, Partners, and Supporters who worked tirelessly to make this event a success. 

Together, we have not only empowered individuals but also reinforced the importance of education and support as pathways to a brighter future.
