NOGALSS, as the apex umbrella body of NGOs and PVOs in the Non-Formal Education Sector, boasts an elaborate and dynamic structure that spans from the national level down to the ward level. This comprehensive structure enables effective coordination, collaboration, and representation of diverse stakeholders involved in non-formal education and literacy initiatives. The following key components constitute the vibrant structure of NOGALSS:

1. General Assembly: The General Assembly serves as the highest decision-making body of NOGALSS. It brings together representatives from member organizations, stakeholders, and partners to discuss strategic matters, set policies, and provide guidance for the organization's activities.
2. Board of Trustees: The Board of Trustees plays a crucial role in providing oversight and ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant regulations and policies. 6. Zonal, State, Senatorial, LGA, and Ward Executive and Working Committees: These committees are responsible for overseeing and coordinating NOGALSS activities at their respective levels.
