NOGALSS MEETS WITH NGOs IN PREPARATION FOR 2018 UNESCO INTERNATIONAL LITERACY AWARD. It can be recalled that, just of recent, NOGALSS National President Comrade Noah Emmanuel, invited all the NGOs and individuals for a meeting in preparation for the full participation of the 2018 UNESCO INTERNATIONAL LITERACY AWARD. The meeting took place yesterday Monday, 21st of May, 2018 at the NOGALSS National Secretariat karu, Abuja, with an excellent attendance and successful deliberations.
