HIS EXCELLENCY, MAHMUD ALIYU SHINKAFI, THE NOGALSS NATIONAL PATRON & CHAIRMAN OF NOGALSS LITERACY VILLAGE IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE PAYS A COURTESY VISIT TO NOGALSS NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA.
On the 2nd of May 2023, the National Headquarter of NOGALSS received her National Patron in the person of the Former Governor of Zamfara State His Excellency, Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi, led by NOGALSS National President Comrade Noah Emmanuel and other executive members of NOGALSS. In attendance were the NOGALSS BoT represented by Mrs. Fehintola Aguda, the Chairperson of Contacts, Partnerships & Resource Mobilizations, Mrs. Egbunike Faustina, some members of NOGALSS NEC at the National Headquarters, Abuja.
In a welcome address the National Secretary, Dr (Mrs.) Cecilia Pwol appreciated the efforts of the National Patron and also reiterated the need and urgency of the implementation of the NOGALSS Literacy Village following the recent appointment of His Excellency, Shinkafi as the Chairman NOGALSS Literacy Village Implementation Committee.
In response, His Excellency, Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi appreciated the efforts of the NOGALSS team and promised to step up the committee’s efforts to bring the Literacy Village to reality. In addition, His Excellency requested that the committee meets monthly for a faster accomplishment of the project.
The meeting ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. Artemers Kure the NOGALSS focal person to INEC.
