International Book Giving Day takes place on 14th February each year. What is the aim? It is a day to get books, especially storybooks into the hands of as many children as possible.
Also, the 14th of February is popularly known as Valentine’s Day. Thus, for Keeping It Real (KIR) Foundation, giving books is an act of love. We use it to express our love to underserved children in our public primary schools and teach them the value of love.
NOGALSS has its arms open welcoming anyone who wishes to be a part of the war against illetracy in Nigeria through their free will donations.
