Our Vision
To address social problems through nurturing and raising generations of
creative, impactful, innovative, productive, skillful and talented people.
Our Mission
a. Provide technical and vocational training to equip a critical mass irrespective
of sex, class, gender and social backgrounds- with practical skills for
entrepreneurship and lifelong employability.
b. Reduce the burden of out of school young adults and attendant brain drain
from local communities by Equipping and Connecting individuals, groups and
communities to employment opportunities.
c. Facilitate platforms for artisans, out of school youths, local entrepreneurs &
interested individuals/groups to attain basic literacy goals while acquiring
certification in technical, vocational education and training (TVET).
d. Build the self-esteem, self-worth, ethics, work values, confidence and
leadership skills of young persons to enable them optimize potentials.
e. Initiate and Sustain avenues for mentorship, internship and apprenticeship to
entrepreneurs, students and graduates.
f. Promote technology transfers and Create opportunities for industrial
attachments, internship programmes and networking.
g. Provide access to professional career and academic guidance and counseling
h. Promote the culture of community service and social work through
volunteerism and social responsibility projects
